Returns Policy

• Please note returns and exchanges are not offered for change of mind.

• Should your print or artwork arrive damaged please contact to discuss options as soon as possible. Photos of the item/s will be requested for assessment.

Every effort has been made to colour match the presented website digital files to originals, however, please note artwork colours may vary on your device and/or monitor screen.

Purchasing

1. Add item using Add to Cart, be sure to select the correct product should there be available options.

2. Use the Back to Store link to keep shopping.

3. Click Cart Icon at bottom of site to view choices or select quantities. 

4. Click on Checkout Now.

5. Edit details during the checkout process. Shipping is calculated based on type of product and destination (please see below for rates*).

6. Pay securely using Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Apple Pay.

To arrange alternate payment method such as Direct Bank Transfer please use the contact page. All shop pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST n/a.

Please note that due to the continuing global supply issues there could be delays in printing and delivery. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery within Australia. Delivery times may vary for overseas shipping.

Australian Print Orders

Please note change to local, Australian Order Shipping rates: Paper Print orders have a Flat Rate shipping fee of $15 AUD with an additional $5 AUD per item within Australia. For example 1x print (5 + 15) = $20 AUD, 2 x print (5 + 5 + 15) = $25 AUD. Please enquire for custom shipping quote of quantities larger than 10. Postage via Australia Post Express.

International Print Orders

Please note change to International Shipping rates: Paper Print orders have a Flat Rate International shipping fee of $30 AUD with an additional $25 AUD per item. For example 1x print (25 + 30) = $55 AUD, 2 x print (25 + 25 + 30) = $80 AUD. Please enquire for custom shipping quote of quantities larger than 10. Postage via Australia Post Express.

Original Art Orders

A Flat Rate Shipping fee of $100 AUD is charged per item. However, for International orders outside of Australia it is advised to contact prior to ordering for an accurate Shipping quote. Smaller artworks are generally sent via Australia Post Express while larger canvasses will be handled by Courier.

For International orders outside of Australia please be aware additional import fees, tariffs, taxes and duties could be incurred. Customers are responsible for these charges which vary between countries. Please check with your government or local postal service for information regarding customs before ordering to consider the potential costs involved.
